Enjoy working in the plastic industry, learnt a new ERP system called Syspro, its a new experience, co workers are all good and helpfull. Making Job cards and issuing to head of department. Making sure the plan is followed, doing recons daily.

Cons: Work hours are 8 to 5

Bad working environment

I have worked there for 12 years It is a bad and negative working environment Demoralising No benefits Low salaries Negative attitude towards staff

I wasn't earning enough salary to cover oll my needs

It a big company and it registered.the stuff was good it wasn't difficulty to communicate with athers. I learn a lot ollthough it wasn't easy but i always push myself when I'm capable for samething.it was better to work night shift the pressure wasn't high compare to day shift. On day shift managers,Foreman's,even the boss always put pressure, so it wasn't easy to work on dayshift

Pros: I was a good worker
Cons: form of working was 12 hours
