I work as a snack and coffee technician but most the time I work with coffee machines because there is no one else who can work on them. I also prefer working on them because it is challenging and exciting to program, fault find faults and configure coffee machines.

Average professional experience

Being a small company a typical working day is not as busy as i would like it to be, i work well will my co-workers friendly people easy to interact with.I have gained professional experience in terms of punctuality, phone etiquette in dealing with problems both in person and converting through the phone. i have not experienced any difficulty since my time being here, but what i have enjoyed the most is the environment and the people i work along side.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Salary not enough and does not offer bonuses
