Hours require 8 till late, at times include weekends, Service clients requires availability. Relationship with my staff excellent, as I get involved. lead by example. Learnt: trust is earned, flexibility. listen more. Enjoy Most. Integration between IT and business. Customer engaging, acquiring new clients. Build relations not drop and go approach. Challenges: in my current industry clients are hard and direct. no easy sell.

Pros: business can choose and shop, for quality and value for a good return on investment. Experience is earned over time
