Excellent learning opportunity

A typical work day is filled with laughter stress and the satisfaction of knowing i have made a client smile,My co-workers and and i are more like family hence we are with each other half of the day.While working for Velociti i have learnt how to handle myself and not let my emotions get the better of me and always remember that customer satisfaction is very important i enjoy being able to solve problems and providing good customer service efficiently even before the set time,the most challenging part of my job has to be trying to answer all cases in time.

It was a nice experience working in a call centre.

Working in a call centre it a good thing and you get a lot of experiance,because you meet a lot of different people there and it also a nice thing because when you there you don't work individual,we work as team and that gives you more spirit and ability to enjoy your work.

Outstanding experience and handling pressure

At my work place there is a lot of pressure that you need to handle. There are difficult queries that we handle in a proficient manner. My team is very professional and we work good together. Everyday is a busy day at work. We get along very well, we like one big family. I have learnt to handle pressure while being consistent and proficient. I enjoy solving customers problems and getting compliments for it. High pressure environment.

Go Getter

CCI former Velociti is a wonderful company to work for. Its come time for me to move on and look for a challenge and growth to fulfill me future dreams and goals. The company and the employees are wonderful and i will not be in the position i am if it was not of them.

Good learning experience

Being able to make a good team member and learning that each member is a asset to that team, the ability to reach sales and dealing with customers objection and closing the deal
