Oversee all aspects of the hotel daily

Everyday is different with its own challenges and opportunities. I am working with a great variety of staff and different personalities. Everyday is different groups for conferencing and banquets for up to 3000 pax and every event is different. I enjoy the variety of being involved in every aspect of the hotel and I have learned a lot on how to deal with different things daily. My passion is the hospitality industry and I enjoy the various aspects of the industry. you go to work and never know what to expect due to the vast diversity of the industry.

Pros: it is diverse and always a challenge. its never the same day over. this keeps things exciting and new
Cons: Communication from top management is lacking
