Learning Curve

I have undertaken an internship within an organisation that is crowded by highly skilled Business Analysts and Project Managers. This placement has enabled me to gain skill sets in Business Analysis and Project Management. During this internship, I worked on a small project called Grow Me Online, where I’ve been modelling business processes, Translating requirements so that they will be understood by developers, writing project plan, facilitating STRUM and AGILE sessions, task assignments and scheduling, supporting a team with project documentation, project management, documenting change request, analysing business processes, recommend solutions to the project, collecting and analysing project requirements, and working with software developing team. I feel that I still need my Business Analysis Skills to be uplifted. I am holding a BSc Computer Science and Physics degree, and I am passionate about solving complex problems.

Business analyst training

am currently doing an internship program as a Business Analyst and Data Centre Analyst consultant. I am now more involved in the data analysis project which is called BYOData with Velisa Africa Academy. My skills coordinator, Project management, Business analysis,Innovative & resourceful,Attention to detail,Coordination & relationship skills and Team orientated I can draw business process and I understand them better. I was also handling JAD session,I have also just passed the ITIL Foundation certificate with flying colors

I am a well-presented, incredibly organized and very detailed oriented, assertive fast learner whose ability to relate to other people comes naturally. I have developed excellent interpersonal communication skills through my studies and involvement in our community. I also work well as part of a team in addition to my ability for self–direction or working at my own initiative. My values coupled together with my skills, knowledge and my self-motivation and dedication that renders me a suitable candidate for a task that requires an efficient and productive person and I am most certain that I will make a significant and valuable contribution in achieving set goals.

Excellent learning curve

Had a good working relationship with . I have learned to mapp processes accordingly and how to gather info, which is mostly to do with good communication skills. I enjoy mapping processes. The most challenging aspect of the job has to be gathering data, as most people are busy and some just look busy to make your life a living hell.

Pros: Great way to get knowledge
Cons: Long working hours
