When I started working at my current job I new nothing about law. It's been very challenging and I've learned a lot. I enjoy a challenge. I get along with all my colleagues as I am an outgoing peoples person with great sense of humor.

Always meet the target. To win the client all the time and make sure that he/she understand the procedure Reaching target all the time and to obtain award Lerning to educate client regarding the reason for the call and make sure that they understand

Have learn a lot at velile tinto did reception for one year moved to legal where I learn more

I'm working at velile Tonto ass for three years now started out as receptions was there for a year then moved to legal where I learned a lot and still learning work with absa requesting of document making sure sec129 send out to client opening of files ... And help typing of summonses . I also handle and help assisting debtors making arrangements sending out settlement /paid up letters I work hard love working with people not always easy to handle angry debtors but at the end of the day I've learn to always be professional and help debtors in a way I wane be help by someone on the other end of the line ...I enjoy my work learning more everyday come as a bonus

Pros: Working hard and i always remember there is always something to learn
Cons: 7:30 to 16:30
