- Control of Trip reconciliation process from start to finish by ensuring no long outstanding POD’s, completeness of records, completeness of credit processing - No outstanding shipments - Address inefficiencies with Warehouse daily - Credit Note detail review - Claims control - Filing & Scanning - Returnable Packaging management - Monitor and reconciliations of all returnable packaging materials, inclusive of CHEP pallets. - Ensuring CHEP portfolio balances to SAP. - Ensuring SAP balances to physical SOH at each site. - Ensuring site has sufficient returnable packaging available at all times. - Prepare Accruals from Open Order listing & other sources - Prepare and recon the monthly Speciality Billing Model and send to HO to bill

An exprience in logistics

It is a good company with lovely people ,taught me to work hard and work under pressure.It taught me how to deal with a lot of people whom cannot controll there temper.Now since i got a few things i learned there i need a change to a different thing,simply because they dont offer any promotion at all and our future are not guarranted at the company since the work volumes might be too low for a long time

Excellent driving experience

Exposure to new clients and customer service skills enhancement. Excellent work environment Friendly and professional work colleagues. The most challenging aspects of the job is late shifts.

Great opportunity that i will always treasure.

Its been a wonderful opportunity working here because i have gained skills in SYSPRO, SAP and customer care skills since we deal with clients a lot. My typical day at work entails printing Shoprite claims and investigating credits on them and if the are not credited. I have a schedule where i capture them on the intranet as they are and courier the physical claims to Randfontein. my realatioship is good with co-workers and we help one another. The challenges that we faced is the depot staff not doing their duties wll which in turns leaves us with unresolved claims mainly bease of things not being done as they should be.

Pros: its a great company to work for and one gets exposed to a lot that I did not know.
Cons: No opportunity for growth.

It's a good company to work for but there is a inconsistent work load and day of work

Inconsistent work load, the people is very friendly love working for this company but there is a very small space to grow in this company. Working for this company is a Hassel everyday. There is no review on the work you do and it can work again you in the future. So on any makes you can fall in you are so close to go out of the gate

Pros: The environment is very nice feel like you at home
Cons: It's hard to grow in this company

Lerato's learning curve

Vector its supplying company, that drives its people with what's been planned to enrich their employees knowledge about business. They spot you on post, where you will set your goals, even build sales from promoting and marketing their products in stores. Everything its with hard working, from merchandizing, fixing layouts, doing orders, writing returns, even giving feedback.

Great exposure

Each day is different as depots each have unique challenges weekly. My team is great and we work well together and communicate. I've learnt to come up with quick solutions as responses are required on the spot.

Resposible person

Dispatching - Responsible for early dispatching, equipment needed by staff, 1st stop meet and e.t.a's & a couple of reports for an internal team. Debriefing - Responsible for truck damages, problems at the backdoor of the customers, discrepancies on the road and other challenges drivers faced
