The interact of dealing with people from different walks of life. Paying attention to detail

The company or my role is very rigid and routines I get to work around 7:30 and around 7:45 I start with the work attending to emails and instructions from attorneys, recIrving services as they come in, attaching papers from court and filing then and handling queries from attorneys or from court. Other colleagues are helpful then others if there should need arise for help. How to ensure that court files are trial ready and attention to detail is important as every file or matter resembles money. The challenge òf keeping myself motivated when one does the same thing every day.

Pros: Great Learning opportunity. with a portfolio size of 180 files and the level of litigation, this has been a great opportunity to learn the full ropes of litigation
Cons: high pressure, very little resources

Good opportunity for young lawyers

It is a good place to start off your career however my hunger for growth and development has made me want to make a change. I have already learnt so much and grown but I have reached my full potential and want to gain more skills in a different environment.

Pros: Great working hours and opportunity to earn.
Cons: Growth is very limited.
