Vatit Reviews

The best experience this far

Vatit is a Place were people are given an opportunity to be responsible. we have daily targets which help us with our monthly target. As we are capturing we go on the system to check how far we are and how much more work we need to put in individually to get were we need to be. I have learnt to be responsible for my work. I have learnt to work under pressure during deadlines. I have learn to work with a team and to come up with ideas that benefit a group and not just an individual. We have team building days were teams go out for lunch or they go to the park and eat or play.

Pros: Those who work hard get monthly incentives
Cons: No bonuses. No contract signed
