L - A typical work day Typical day at work, I follow up with clients via a call and email to ensure payments are received on timely manner and agreed upon basis. - Your relationship with co-workers Have an open door policy with co-workers, they often ask me to assist with their difficult client queries, and or if they are unsure about something, always willing to assist. - What you have learnt Have learned a wealth of knowledge in managing teams with a purpose of paying clients on time, as well as debt collections, dealing with multiple currencies and reporting to management. - What you enjoy most I enjoy collecting payments from clienst after I have actively interacted with delinquent clients. I'm a problem solver and have a good judgment when dealing with issues. - The most challenging aspects of the job It is reaching monthly targets against unexpected challenges, and balancing work and my personal life.

Excellent learning curve to my career

Company contributed to my career growth, was an excellent platform to gain experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Managing people and Debt Collections.

Great learning experience

Collections Specialists are generally responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables form clients and customers. In addition, they may be responsible for other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems, and reducing the amount of accounts receivables.
