Excellent learning curve

Aswell as being Senior Administrator I was also PA to the CEO. We supply value added services to the public through call centers. I have daily meetings with owners of the call centre along with our product specialist. I work closely with the product specialist and the client to select relevant benefits which are packaged for the client into a value added service that they sell to the public through their call centre. I also assist the client with the necessary documentation for their application to the Debit Bureaus. I have a good strong relationship with the Debit Bureaus. I enjoy working together with the team and I am confident working on my own without supervision once the ground work is done. I enjoy working with people. I have learnt that there is always a solution to a problem and will go out of my way to solve a problem. My biggest challenge was trying to assist our clients when they themselves had made errors.

Extensive Career Growth

Working for this company has been a roller-coaster ride, and it was like been thrown into the deep end without knowing how to swim. I have learnt so much from some highly skilled and developed individuals not only about my job but also some good life lessons. I have dealt with some of the largest Lifestyle Call-Centers and some of the smallest in South Africa and have helped them grow, providing training and development and coaching their staff to reach higher sales averages and earn more money in turn making their companies more money and also allowing my company to reap the benefits. I Love what I do and I'm up for a new challenge nomatter what industry because I know that Sales is in my blood and I can Sell, Train or even manage sales within any environment.
