Excellent learning and growth expirience

Working at my previous company was very helpful and challenging, it taught me how to work under enormous pressure.A typical day consisted of answering the phone,sending emails,making booking,arranging payments and liasing with drivers about shifts. My relationship with my colleagues was wonderful even though there was just about 8 of us but we were more like a family. What i learnt was that communication is ver imprtant at a workplace and one must always be open to constructive critcism.What i found most challenging about my previous job was when people don't communicate well and the clients needs cannot be met on time all because of our lack of working as a team

Pros: great working spirit.work very well with people.
Cons: Working Long Extra Hours

Excellent learning expirience and expirience on working in a proffesional workplace

Working at my previous job was very difficult but helpfull at the same tine.My typical day consisted of getting to work early and organising my bosses day and making sure he made it to all he's meeting. Arranging accomodation for drivers and making sure client recieved their products on time.Occasionaly doing some banking and making sure people got paid what they deserved.Sending emails and faxes and liasing with the drivers about their shifts.

Pros: being able to pay for my school tution
Cons: long working hours and being underpaid
