With 15 years experience gained at Variquip, i have fine tuned my negotiation capabilities.

My typical work day starter at 7h30 with a brief run down of previous days happenings and gathering feedback on status of ongoing tasks and projects after which it was back to the day to day operations. I enjoyed a very good and friendly relationship with my co workers as well as the owners of the company. We were a fairly closely knit team with the same vision and ultimately the same goal in mind and the entire team worked as a unit to achieve objectives. My most enjoyable part of working at Variquip was the people and the great interpersonal relationships that were built over this period, and ultimately growing from strength to strength. the most challenging aspect was by far the new direction that the owners chose to take with the company which impeded the ability to complete previously simple day to day tasks due to cash flow restrictions and limited ability to trade.

Pros: fun working environment and growth in my personal career and abilities.
Cons: limited sustainability due to new ventures entered into

Great experience gained over a fifteen year period.

Variquip was a great company to work for and the growth I experienced was tremendous. I had a very good relationship with most of the staff and I was part of a great team.

Pros: Promotion was a definite bonus along with the great group of people that I worked with.
Cons: Unplanned changes in company direction and day to day business
