Excellent training and good challenges

I do a cashier work, I do qoutations, answering calls and packing and assisting customers through telephone and the walk-in customers. We work as a team with staff. I learnt many things like who to handle pressure and how to deal with difficult customers. I enjoy working with people and the training I get. We get chances that we can show our ability and we get good training to push yourself and be able to work on your way.

Pros: We give promotions for our customers and of the staff members. Work promotions, because we are few staff everyone sticks to her/his post but we assist where is needed.
Cons: We work normal hours

Excellent learning

Excellent working environment, great team work. I have learnt a lot, from best customer service to handling financial issue and solving problems. I enjoy the team spirit, positive attitude towards each other. And the most challenging aspects of the job is the peak season when the students are registering for their course.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Working over the weekend

well I have a rather easy going job, not that much challenging I do quotations of books and stationary serve customers on a daily multi skilling is actually what it is all about at the company I currently work at
