A good working environment and a good learning curve.

The day starts with checking email following up of orders and going through shelves. Allocate books to their respective shelves and observe the stock flows and shortages. Start with drafting of quotes while assisting customers in store and attending to telephone inquiries. I have developed a good working relationship with colleagues within the branch and at other branches. I have also improved on my customer care skills as I have built a relationship with my customers. I have also learned that regular customer feedback is the basis of good customer care. I love a variety of tasks that my job offers, the interaction with my customers and their appreciation after they have received my service. I love the good working relationship we have in our company. The most challenging aspect of my job is to source a scarce item (book) for my customers within a short space of time and at times having to inform them after a long wait, that their book is no longer in print and shortages of stock across branch.

What I like about my job I learn new skills and assist the customer with smile and to work in vanschaik I feel home and the store is like my baby to me I care a lot .my relationship with my co-workers we are a team we assist each other learn together .academic I learned a lot the industry is good especially f when you service school see yourself be the person who care about the community. What I enjoy most to see each customer find what is looking for and find it and to see the customer be happy with the service that you given to him or her. The most challenge aspects is when the delivery delay with the books academy that I know I can't help it makes me feel like I'm failing the customer.
