Regional Manager

The days as a regional manager change constantly. Weekly KPI meetings, full physical stock takes 3 days a week. Complete full store checklist, banking, IBT's, daily reports, time cards, staff uniforms as well as if any maintenance that needs to be done. The most challenging aspect of the job is also handling 70 different staff personalities. As a leader, I like to see people grow and succeed in life and their careers. As discussed earlier, each person is different and some require more training or attention. Some people learn and adapt quicker than others. Another challenge, is being able to run 11 stores, across 2 brands and 70 staff members across the country. This requires great time management skills and dedication.

Pros: It is an amazing brand to work for, with great people, young, energetic and innovative.
Cons: Long working hours, as it is retail, stores are open 7 days a week, 9am to 8pm, and I am on call 24/7 to make sure each store runs perfectly.
