Pros: I learned a lot about safety ,working environment , how to social with colliques, i also learned many things regarding engineerings

Excellent learning curve

Working for Vanchem is been an amazing experience I have ever had I worked with amazing coligues who have been so patient with me and the environment is the friendly one .Being an emloyee at Vanchem has thought me nothing is impossible if you comit and dedicate yourself in your work. I have enjoyed working with my co-workers they are so loving and patient most of all I enjoyed the chance I was given by my manager to act in other department s as a learning opportunity for me and to gain more knowledge. The most challenging part is when its towards the month end it gets so busy and you have to meet deadlines

Pros: Great learning opportunity and gaining experince
Cons: being exposed to the chemical and getting contact with sickness
