Bad company to work for

banking in the morning is the first thing, my collleagues are all females I am the only male in the department. I have a great relationship with my workers. we use to enjoy team buildings but that was taken away. most challenging aspect of my job is when I deal with a difficult client.

Pros: doesnt give people the opportunity to prove them selves
Cons: no bonus and no salary increases, no medical aid but we work us sick to the bone

Study opportunities

Amazing company to work for and also very free people. I have learnt alot about credit management and it's red tape. I enjoyed my work because I have a passion for credit controlling most challenging is dealing with rude ckients

Excellent learning curve

I work very well with my co-workers. Enjoy receiving the stock and packing the shelfs and make sure that the prices is correct to the system. I have learnt at Van Schaik that you need to be 100% accuret and you must be able to work under huge amount of pressure. Housekeeping of stores is also a very important function. You need to be multitasked , because when we have skeleton staff i have to assist the customers in the shop. Most challenging aspect is to make sure that all the stock is received and packed on shelfs accuretaly before university starts to be ready for the students.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Working Saturday till five

Excellent company to work for

I've learnt alot to take that which I have learnt and to make the best of my next opportunity. I have gained so much knowledge and experience that I am capable and ready for the next job that will come my way
