I'm challenged everyday and that is exactly how I learn and improve every single day.

I enjoy working for the company as it challenges me to try and learn something new everyday. I usually come in make sure everything is clean and ready for the new day. I then do wine tastings with local people as well as tour groups from all over the globe. I present cellar tours as well. My co-workers and I have a really fun working relationship as we can laugh about anything really. I learnt about the whole wine making process and how to present it in order for people to be interested in it and then may decide to buy it. The different people that come and go everyday also helped me to learn and improve my people skills and how to read body language in order for me to understand my client better. What i enjoy most is working with the public. I also love the part of my work where I can tell the clients exactly what it is they are drinking and why they should buy it. Most challenging is trying to remember all of our different brands and wines and all the characteristics of each wine.

Pros: Excellent learning curve
Cons: having to be on my feet the whole day except during lunch time
