Van der Venter Mojapelo Reviews

Great start.

First and foremost thank you for this opportunity. I would say working in a collections company it is quiet interesting because I learnt many things such as being self driven as an individual, i must say i have a lot of understanding when it comes to negotiations, i learnt to be patient and attentive. Collection is all about to assist debtor's with the problem of not paying attention to their outstanding account status, that might end up affecting their credit records. Our daily job is to work different campaigns at work that is we are arranging payments with debtor's that has been handed over to us, We have to remind them as well once we have arranged with them, We work a default campaign for debtor's that failed to pay their accounts. Relationship with my co-workers has been amazing. Most challenging thing is to collection from a difficult debtor but i try my best to overcome that and to be professional as possible as i can.

Pros: Promotion.
Cons: Working on weekends and extra hours

Great Opportunity for self growyh

Working there at first is hard because the min salary is way below what anybodies living standard can manage without acquiring debt. employees dont have anybody to represent them the management isn't meant to benefit workers..they increase the salary and decrease the commission and increase the target to spite you..there just isn't any growth there but what I did enjoy is working with the people I met there and gained a lot of skills.and believe I can survive any working environment.

Pros: Great Opportunity for self growth and personality matures
Cons: Working on all holidays and Saturdays till 4pm.no day off
