Discipline

I volunteer as assistant surveying for period of 7 months under sub contractor. I assist to read drawings,setting up foundation plan,using surveying instrument tools and concrete works and I learn how commitment,discipline,hardworking and determine play a major role in construction industry. The experience play big impact on my life where consistent count and the relationship with co workers was pretty well and working as a team

It been a great learning experience so far, an opportunity to grow as an employee

Dealing with an angry client and making sure the client leaves my office with a smile on their faces. I have a very good team of colleagues we get along very well of course we have our ups and downs but the office environment is health and enthusiastic. I've learn how so solve issues since I'm dealing with clients everyday and know the customer comes first and just stay humble no matter how hard my day is.When I have a happy client who acknowledged my standard of work and my effort I put in everyday and acknowledgement from my superiors that's makes me happy. I like everything about my job

Pros: Opportunity to grow and probably a promotion
Cons: Working from Monday to Sunday and even on holiday, less time to relax
