Review of Moosa Seedat Work life

Dear Sir / Madam, I believe I am a quick learner and have substantial experience in general administration. I am thorough and a good organiser. I consider myself to be a team player and meet and exceed the requirements expected of me. I have managed large projects both in the public and private sectors to successful completion within the allocated time-frames and budget. In my current position I enjoy dealing with clients on a daily basis resolving any queries and attending project meetings with them. Currently all admin and project staff report to me and I believe I have built a great team that delivers. Cash flow is one one the biggest challenges at our company presently as most of our work is government related and this causes the biggest challenge we face on an ongoing basis.

Pros: Great company to work for and convenient to travel to as the company is based in Centurion
Cons: Cash flow to meet month end payments to suppliers and staff

Opportunity to Improve on Systems and Relationships on a daily basis

I My daily work involves that general administration of all aspects of the business including overlooking finance, operations, staff and client relationships. Reporting on project progress and managing client expectations forms part of my daily duties. My work has led me to work with people of all colours and I believe that to be my greatest asset. I am truly a team player and cope well under pressure. I enjoy the pressure and challenges that my job offers by resolving various staff and client issues on a daily basis. The opportunity that I have in my work environment is one that there is always new technology and I have learnt to keep abreast and be dynamic to adapt to the changes. My greatest satisfaction is when a client is fully satisfied with our services.
