Very bad company to work for

Very bad company to work for. They supply the Fitment industry. Always complaining about things. Wants a 10% handling fee when stuff is returned immediately

Lack of professionalism on the management side. The owner is a good professional entrepreneur.

I would say that the environment is very tense when it comes to remuneration. Overtime is not paid. Drivers work very hard in order to cope with time. Distance travelled by each driver is not corresponding to a salary allocated. Workers are not coordinated since gossiping is the main characteristic that allows one to get promotion. If transparency is practiced, it becomes a good company. You get bonus at each year end plus annual leave of 3 weeks.

Pros: Annual leave and bonus a benefit
Cons: Unpaid overtime, unfair dispute resolution, nepotism.

I am a hard worker and looking for challenges

I enjoy challenges and looking forward to learning new opportunities. My typical work day is making money as I enjoy what I do. My relationship with my co-workers is excellent as I am a sociable person. The most challenging aspects of the job I do is getting sales but thats the main aspect that keeps me driven to what I am doing.
