I am a very systematic individual whom functions around my dairy. My day starts of by attending my Regional SQA meeting giving feedback to the Region on any Quality and Safety issues which may have occurred on the previous day. Immediately thereafter I attend the project/management meeting giving feedback on any important issues discussed or that might have arisen in our sister plants in the region. I will discuss my issues I am experiencing with managing the suppliers as well as give feedback on which items are outstanding for project phases as well as the forecast blocking points. I am an exceptional team player. I have learnt that mutual respect is extremely important when working with different colleagues from various cultures, races and walks of life. I enjoy working with the various suppliers as well as working as a team fixing and analyzing various issues in the plant, trouble-shooting.

Lots of work no support , lack of management skills

when it come to the work and the people it is a great environment to work in. When it come to systems, for a new employee starting it can be of a challenge as they do not provide the appropriate training need to perform the task. My relationship with my co workers is great. What I enjoy the most is to be creative and present my work the way i see best and not being told how to do it. The most challenging part of my job is getting all the RFQ's in time from the potential suppliers and have the cost comparisons done in line with the due dates and meeting all the mile stones
