At Vaal University of Technology i maintain system and work for suport, currently busy with database .. Working with my colleagues changed me a lot physical and job perfomance because we learn something fror a week and the other week we present about what we were learning, i enjoy business analyst, analysing requiremnts from the stakeholders, interacting with them sometimes convince them or make them understand the business. the most challenging was when i present to all workers in the department and thry all ask questions, but i manage it because it was like a daily task so i pushed hard till i cope.
Pros: LOVE WHAT I DO AND BEING CONFIDENT FOR WHAT I DO

Excellent learning curve
Most days I get in early so I can get emails done and be ready for the my day. I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to my colleagues, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid Friday evening surprises.

Currently a student at the Vaal University of Technology.
I am currently a full-time student at Vaal University of Technology (VUT) in Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging finishing my B-TECH in Marketing Management in December 2016. I acquired my Marketing Diploma with a Cum Laude at the above mentioned institution in 2015.
Pros: I am a self-motivated individual with good work ethics, hard worker, good leadership skills, who enjoys busy and demanding workload
Cons: Require training, I'm a fast learner and I am eager to learn.

Efficient learning background
Collate information, formulate articles for different communication platforms Work with Graphic design team on communication outputs such as publications, posters, etc Team work is crucial as it promotes production and learning along the way from team members Working independently is lao crucial as it teaches responsibility and reliability I enjoy sourcing/researching information and formulate different written work craft for different publications

The dynamics of change begins within
Technology changes day by day, in each day we get an opportunity to impart what we already know and learn and discover something new, big or small that will impact the way we do things sometimes. Changing for the good, sometimes means means register for a new course and learn but some times means go and meet people who know things that you don't know that can bring change towards the new you.
Pros: Opportunity to meet people form every where and anywhere.
Cons: Growth and change is not there unless if you in particular department.

Good Learning
I am currently working 5 hours a day, helping students with any problem they came across with, helping out instructors caring out their duties, it is an interesting Job cause I work with good people but it is not challenging, I would like to be in an industry where I would learn a lot with IT.
Pros: chances of promotion are so slim.
Cons: 6 Hours a day

Excellent learning curve
Vaal University is a tertiary institution in South Africa that attracts students and employees from all over the country. Its is very important to understand the nature of your environment , my division is an Executive Division. When working for such a division, you need to put in mind that confidentiality and professionalism is very essential . On a daily basis you in contact with students,myou have to have good communication and interrelation skills. I have learnt a great deal from VUT at large, it is very important to understand the mission and goals of the company in that way you know what is expected of you. I mostly enjoy meeting new people and learning about other cultures and the mannerism in which things are done besides what I have been taught and have learned. The most difficult aspect of the job is keeping our number stakeholder satisfied at all time, as the student is our client.

i maintain a system and work for support, analyse business requirements whenever there is client, i enjoy working with my colleagues because they are hard workers and they cope with challenge, they bring a solution in a table, in a day i dont sit with a problem without consulting someone. i enjoy analysing requirements and help colleauges where i understand the most

Career Focus
My research interests are in lean and continuous improvement manufacturing philosophy as well as operations research modelling. I am currently working on my doctoral thesis which will be on, “A Multi-input goal programming model for project selection in a municipality - A case study of a South African municipality”. In summary, I am a continuous improvement specialist, with experience in manufacturing and academic fields. I also possess strong teaching skills in quality
