Great family work environment

A typical workday is from 8 to 4.30 Mondays to Thursdays Fridays knock off at 3.30. We have an excellent financial director who is a great leader & mentor. She believes that if our work is to her satisfaction she is happy. I have learnt how to deal with customers in a professional manner. I enjoy monitoring the companies cash flow and income projections. Challenging aspects is with working with sales reps to ensure they bring through credit returns asap so that customers are not kept waiting.

Pros: Company puts the needs of employees first
Cons: no career advancement at the moment

Great learning curve,

A typical work day revolves around meetings from one to the other, the relationship with co workers is strictly professional. Working for this company I have learnt that I am capable of so much more than I thought, I have grown from a internal sales capturer to a Dispacth manager in 12 years. My greatest joy is to work with a team to achieve goals as a team & looking back with pride in saying that we achieved our goals. The most challenging aspect is a 3 month strike we had to endure without staff & minimal stock but still goals were set and achieved

Pros: learning curve
Cons: no job security, no family life
