Long hours

Very long hours almost no time for a private life.Too many departments where you need to be active and in charge of. No medical or pension benefits. Relationship between staff differ from good to strained. Relationships between staff and top management can be very difficult as it is mostly one sided.

All departments

On a daily basis I answer the phone, correspond with clients, do site visits. I order stock for the kitchen, bar and accommodation. I manage the laundry accommodation, kitchen and bar staff as well as the restaurant staff. Administration of golf clients, accommodation clients, conference clients and function clients as well as all monthly and weekly administration of these departments. Running of company all departments.

Pros: Great lurning curve
Cons: Very long working hours and not enough staff
