Working for Uzulu is a huge challenge I never thought I will come across.

Uzulu business Solution taught me a lot .I didn't know and believe that you can be anything you want to be as long as you put your mind to it.we do everything there is no specific position,we learn something new everyday.

Pros: Everybody is there to learn.Company has innovative technology and interesting products.

Gaining experience and learning a lot about the call center industry

From 9:00 to 16:00 I do outbound calling and tracing through a system called CPB, i work with incredible individuals who are supporting and good at assisting where one does'nt get to do things correctly. i have learned the processing of how to trace people from their old numbers to their current. I enjoyed calling people and doing queries via the FNB QMS system. administration at a call center is quite different from the one i did in my previous job.

I am looking to grow more in my career and the company is a great place to be in.

I love working in a team and its a a great company to work in and grow as well within as its a new company and I love working with people whether I am the team leader or team member. i have learnt a lot of things like using the system and mastering it also learnt how to manage and drive a team to success as a team leader. i love the working hours and lunch in between.

Pros: Great environment to grow in and learn more about other department
Cons: You have to be ready to work weekends and overtime and work on other duties besides dialing

Very nice exposure

I have learnt to work with others makes your job much easier.I have a very good attitude towards work and I ensure that I am doing above the best to what I am required.I am very good listener and very good core master minder when others fail.l believe I'm listening first and to improve others by motivating men to do better through assistance.

Learnt a lot

A typical Work day would be me getting to work _, analysing the data and preparing a report on performance as agents were expected to reach a certain target. i had a very good relationship with my co-workers , we were a good team.i learnt a lot regarding documentation and i enjoyed analysing and reporting on people's performances. The most challenging thing was teaching myself all the expected things as I had no mentor.

Experience in this field

Can messure up to what is required, i do have experience in a financial environment and i am a quick learner when it comes to systems and numbers I have been working with recons, invoices and reports.

Learning curve

A typical work day is having a early morning meeting with the executive providing updates on projects being tested or the meetings can contain moral boosting motivation. Relationship with our co-workers a very competitive, helpful and challenging environment. Time management skills is one of the key which one can develop.

Pros: Test leader
Cons: Overtime is only implemented when we are behind with the projects
