Initial phase of my carrer, looking to learn the functions of a site

Working on site full time is interesting because you encounter different challenges on a daily basis, which for me is a good thing because it keeps me on my toes when it comes to planning and execution of work. I enjoy working with people who are passionate about construction because they are always eager to do more. However there are people who tend to always drag their feet when given a task, that is one aspect that can be challenging, beacuse on site people need to stay motivated in order to push on the project.

Pros: Great exposure to the activities on site
Cons: Working with unmotivated people
