Excellent learning curve, Amazing colleagues, and wonderful Managers.

Uvongo River Resort is the best company that I have ever worked for. Great learning experience and wonderful people and Management. Unfortunately due to unpleasant working environment that only started after almost 2 years of working for company, I decided to resign. No complaints work related loved my job dearly.

Shocking

No support from headquarters. No promotions and lake of training. No salary increases for white collar workers in the past 3 years. Blue collar workers have been receiving increases for the last three years have been given a provident fund for the last year.

Pros: Meat new people weekly
Cons: Long hours for FREE
