Mornings having a quick meeting with my people for them to understand what targets we need to reach by end of day. Having walk throughs with sub-contractors to see where problems are and to make sure all work gets done. To make sure orders of material are made and will be delivered on time. Also making sure the program and sequence on each trade is running smoothly. Before end of day walking through to prepare myself for the following day. Other extras is when there are info to be sorted between engineers and architects for me to understand what end result they want I like to work with my colleagues we make the day always a positive one. Everyday is a challenge for me to make sure I get to all the trades and to make sure everybody is happy. Because with a positive attitude you get a lot more done and respect for other’s work

Pros: Learn everyday even if its the smallest thing
Cons: Negative attitudes from top management
