Good Customers,Management and staff relationship

-We deal daily with customers from different suppliers and clients,delivering their stock to Pharmacies,Hospitals,Wholesalers etc and some are erate and difficult to deal with,i try at all times to be calm and be professional keeping in mind that they are paying my salary. -Co-workers can be difficult at times and I always remind them that we need to be professional and stick to the company rules and code of conduct working together to achieve the same goal. -I have learnt to keep calm and solve problems in a professional manner to reach a conclution that will benefit everyone involved and involve other parties when dealing with a query. -I enjoy working and communicating with my customers on a daily basis and being able to resolve their queries in full and getting compliments from most of my customers as well as Management. -Working with lazy and inexperienced people who never wants to learn from others puts one in a difficult position

Good learning opportunity and an opportunity to share my skills

Am a purpose driven, I work well with staff and alone. I have learned the corporate culture and to prioritize I enjoy completing every task given - it's fulfilling The most challenging parts of my job is having to meet deadlines when you're waiting for information from others , yet I have learned a trick for this.

Good ooportunity

I am very punctual and diligent in my work. Am able to work alone as well as with a team. I have learned how to priorities and how to be professional in the work place. I enjoy doing reports capturing data and doing recons The most challenging part of may work is having to balance work by multitasking when we are short staffed and it's yet and exciting moment because I get to have the feel of what other are doing.

I am a hard working person whose always eager to lets, follows instructions in order to achieve companies goal. Easy to communicate and work with. Enjoy a challenging job. Goal oriented Team player. Good interpersonal skills. Always want to be corrected if I'm wrong.

Magical Employee

Trained Employees, I was nominated as a Magical employee after investigating stock of one our clients and came up with solid results. I received three promotions in five years, I achieved 15 years Long Service Award and I compiled all the SOP Training Manuals for Warehouse Operations and I am a Qualified Basic Pharmacist Assistant.

Pros: I have 17 years of experience within a pharmaceutical industry. I am a hard worker. Self-starter and able to work under pressure I worked for International Healthcare Distributors for 16 years now known as Uti Pharma and have knowledge of stock/products related issues. My current job description is Stock Control Supervisor and my previous job was Training Facilitator specializing in Warehouse operation.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day: > Working through emails, Finalizing shipments and proforma's as well as dealing with queries. Your relationship with co-workers: > i have an amazing relationship with my co-workers, We've become family away from home. What you have learnt: > ive learnt a lot, a lot about exports: Air freight, Road freight, Sea freight Etc. What you enjoy most: > I enjoy having a satisfied customer at the end of the day. The most challenging aspects of the job: > The pressure.
