Upskilling
I have been given opportunities to up-skill myself with tasks that are not withing my job title. It took a while to be recognized but it did , it worked out well it was the appropriate time to peak. There are no promotions offered within the company you always have to apply for whatever position you are interested in. Our working hours are from 8am to 6pm which can be a bit strenuous as you mostly have to say/do the same thing for most of the day. I have learnt how to deal with irate clients and how the whole delivery systems works as we have different departments that tackle different things, I enjoy making some ones day if the client is happy with the service I have provided that also makes me happy.

Excellent learning curve
Working at UTi mounties was interesting because we were busy everyday. - My relationship with co-workers was good especially in the call centre it was excellent we worked together hard as a team, even during weekends. -Hard Hard Hard work - The fact that there was always overtime and the salary was good - Working 7 days a week 6 am to 6 pm.

Excellent learning curve
It's a logistics company working with banks and some corporate all across 9 provinces of South Africa. it runs 24 hours. It's an excellent learning curve with lots of challenges.

Excellent customer service skills acquired
The working environment is good, with a busy schedule of reaching targets and assisting fellow colleagues. The relationship with co workers was positive and the most enjoyable aspect would be interacting with clients and outdoor events.

Not a good company to work for
A typical day at work would be coming in doing are daily stretches and getting everything that's needed to being to work. I learned time management. being able to work very well with others. hardest part of the job would be when others not working at the same paste as me. the most enjoyable part of the job would be working at a fast paste which makes time go fast.
Pros: good coworkers, variety of work
Cons: management seemed to not care, poor raises, treated like children.

If I'm at work I'm learning everyday but I'm a hard work take anything on that comes my way
I'm Sean Mumble I'm have work at DSV for 14 years I start as a driver an I have work my way up to a superviser. Working at DSV is great but it's time to go out for a new challenge
