Make sure that everyone is on site on time. Capture, record and keep monthly reports of timesheets. Handle problems, queries and advise on suitable solutions. Excellent career growth
Running different projects. Planning & leading on my projects, Site inspections or site visits, Engaging with co-workers, Learnt the contractual aspects of a project and its impacts, Risk management in projects and its impact, Financial planning in projects and its impact, New exposure to different designs by different consulting engineers, BIM technologies including 3D laser scans, Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Time management is important. Some clients have a time constraint on some projects. Fast track projects.
Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth
Cons: At times you work very long hours and drive long distances (neighbouring countries), fatigue can set in at times.

Excellent learning curve
Good Day Sir/Madam My name is Onalenna Ngwato, I then joined Usizo Technical Services 2013 October as safety officer. I have been involved in Projects such as Sandton Diamond Walk-NMC Project, Cresta mall- NMC Construction and currently at Eskom MWP as a principal contractor and acting as A Senior SHE Officer and handling all our maintenance sites such as Westgate, Southgate, and Cape Town etc.

Good company, no work life balance. Long working hours without compensation. No planning regard to projects VS work resources. Has good compensation on basic salary. Great exposure and learning oppertunity
