I am the only Credit Controller in the company.

I am the only Credit Controller in the company. I get on very well with my co-workers. I love my work but am under lots of pressure, as i have to handle the credit control, as well as deal with all account queries, unhappy clients and am pressured by Management

Pros: I get on well with my colleagues
Cons: I am pressured to implement certain things that do not fall in the constitutional rights of the tenants

Growth

I was working as a security then move to maintance WHR I build my skill for plumbing and electrical also driving. I build strong team with my emmy colleagues and our combination was so extremely balancing

Pros: I was moved to maintance the return to security
Cons: I work for the company but there is no benefits I work 12 hours with no subsidy everything must come from our own pockets and I am aim for growth and medical aid the is no 13 the cheque is jst only the salary .I like to work whr I see my life expand due to levels and acquire different fields of vacancy to be versatile.
