It was awesome working at urban, we had to work our self out to make sure we satisfy each an every customer and meet their demands so that they can be interested in buy and selling the properties, we were a great team we actual never face problems and we worked hand in hand as a team.

Pros: our employer mostly encouraged us to go to meetings that would grant us opportunities in doing business.
Cons: we worked normal hours
