My company's summary

Working at this company made me a very committed, hard working woman who always strive to meet my deadlines. I have learned to have a very good relationship with my co-workers My company is a very challenging company in terms of working hours. We are working 5 days a week as well as Saturdays and Sundays if requested to do so.... In general, I think my company is a very busy company where everyone is stressed because of long working hours without opportunities for promotion.

Pros: The company is giving bonuses at the end of each year and gives training to its employees

It when I joined SAIT as a member and becoming a tax practitioner.

On my current job we have 1500+ employees and we have three payrolls each month, our payroll team structure consist of a payroll manager and two payroll officers, and it is a fast pace environment we face every day.

Pros: No opportunity for promotions
Cons: We do work longer hours when chasing deadlines even over the weekends.
