Excellent learning curve
Hard worker, always open for new challenges, excellent communication skills, never give up till the job is done of absolute high standards. Outstanding back ground on Taxes within SARS. Back ģround on all Estates, Insolvencies and Liquidations. Always friendly and helpfull. I am always prepared to learn new things and see it as a challenges in order to perform at my best for my employer. Always motivated and positive.

Excellent learning curve
- as a commercial laboratory that is accredited verification of instruments is done before sample preparation commences. urgent analysis takes priority. There is utmost respect and professionalism between colleagues. You learn to work well under pressure while respecting the confidentiality of each client information. I enjoyed the interaction with clients and the feedback they gave. The most challenging part of the job is sticking to tight turnaround times and making sure each and every year that the quality of the results is not compromised.

Managed to reach expected target and quality data yhat was going to be used after research.
Managing 2 site offices..Responsible for planning the daily operation.Interact woth the staff n monitor them. Monior data n visits done weekly n monthly? .Comp8le reports hold n attend meeting with different stakeholders. Enjoyed interacting with the community.Learnt more with to health issues n how Ngo assist communities in disadvantage area.Challenge was to reach all clients and work around their availability.

Satisfaction in a role
My typical work day starts off by opening my e-mails and respond to them as soon as possible. After that I will attend to anything that needs to be done. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and managers. I enjoy working with people but can also work on my own. I like taking on any new challenges and to accomplish my goals.

Changing environment
You can plan your day, but need to adapt your plan every twenty minutes. Contractors arrive unannounced, students appear without appointment and instrumentation and infrastructure need constant attention. The student interaction is very rewarding and helping to shape the minds of the youth is highly enjoyable. The challenge is to figure out what your job entails as you write your own job description and no-one, including HR is able to give guidance on expectations. As such, performance reviews are very subjective as there are no measurable standards in place.
Pros: Flexible work environment, LOTS to do.
Cons: no guidance on expectations and no career growth opportunities for support staff

Good communicator and hardworker
I am a very hardworking dedicated individual who are always striving to the best. I am goid with communicating with people and love interacting with other individuals.I perform good under pressure and aren't afraid of a challenge. I persist of good administrative skills and telephone etiquette.

Growth and development
Busy work day that involves a lot of planning and work execution to the Foreman's, Where attention and time management is imperative. Team Work is very important I work very well with my team even though its a male dominated environment as we are doing planned maintenance for the university . I have learned a lot regarding time management and prioritizing your job and meeting deadline. Most challenging aspect is the implementation of a new Planned Maintenance soft-ware ,as we are dealing with quite a large number of equipment and assets for the University
