my company is a good company that anyone would like to work at, we usually come across challenges more especially in the laboratory environment, but due to the reason that i have passion in science i enjoy being challenged. i also enjoy working with my seniour lab assistant and more also my colliques because most of them are hard workers. i have learn that chemistry is not something that you can learn only through books but also through practicals because there are many things that happens in the lab that need experience of observation skills and analytical skills. i also enjoy working with spectrometers and any chromatography.the challenges that we usually come across in the lab is getting wrong product due to experimental conditions, but we can also come up with solutions for any problem we face.

Experiences at workplace
Being a peer counsellor is a very good position, work as a general assistance of the centre including office administration work, intermediate between students with a problems that affect they studies and professional Psychologists. Assist disabled students with their basic needs. We have good relation work as a team with my co-workers to achieve the dream of the centre. ive leaned how to work as a team mindful of time and planed objectives. ive enjoy assisting the receptionist and supervisor with administrative work, because im in love with administration work. Dealing with highly depressed clients was the most challenging part of the work.
