They've taught me how to work under pressure and do my best every day . There's a lot of pressure in my department and they helped me meet my full potential. I have an excellent relationship with all co-workers. What I enjoyed most is the team work and the motivation. A typical day consists of corresponding with clients daily updating stats for scheduled jobs opening new job cards arranging appointments capturing data and giving feedback to Branch Manager .. dealing with problem sites and clients. The challenges would be dealing with difficult clients that wants an appointment straight away but we are unable as we are fully booked and having to explain to the client they're important to us and unfortunately we have a queuing system

Pros: None. No option to work yourself up in the company
Cons: Not being able to move up in company

It is a great company to work for

this is a great company to work for we work very long hours but every day we learn something new and the company teaches you how to work with difficult clients and how to handle them and calm them down

Excellent learning opportunities

Lovely company to work for loved working with my co worker. Lovely work environment. Daily challenges where enjoyable because every had it own challenges and facing them on was fun.
