Interesting work environment

Typical work day consists of me designing in-house designs posters, and packaging design with some social media posts. Unfortunately, we are just two designers and my co-worker is not much talkative, but we get along well. I'm learning how to design products for print but to use minimal ink for the paper substance. It's challenging to adapt my style after college we worked with the same lecture for 3 years but I will get there.

Pros: Management is great
Cons: Far out of the city

Great learning curve

It is a great inviroment for one to develop and learn it is a great place to launch your career of you aspire greater hights. It also gIves you the very much needed exposure to the HST and shere procidures

I learnt a lot, ganied a lot of expereince, did a lot of training.

A typical work day is busy, never not have anything to do, My relationship with co-worker is average because everyone is there to do a job, ive learnt how a company works not in depth but enough, I enjoy when you can have a laugh in the office, the most challenging aspectgetting to work being it so far.

Pros: A lot of training to move up
Cons: The distance to work is incredible

Typical work day is stressful with your bosses everywhere you

Challenging aspects include not being appreciated with all you try to do while there's no specific criteria for job specification or job description but there would be a bad feedback from meetings with the manager and supervisors; unpaid overtime. What I enjoy the most is when I know what my employer expects from me.

Cons: Long working hours
