To follow the rules of road

In my company I have learned that you have, to be patient, learn to respect all my colleagues and, and I have a good communication when driving ,I don't just turn without showing I use my idecator.what the most at my we were working as team and good communication skills.the most challenges that I have come across is when I was driving in heavy rain and mist,to drive on hills ,and I again the challenges from my supervisor you find that you work underpressure and communicate with you in bad that you feel so small,

Pros: To be taken to leadership to partime
Cons: Working over but not get paid
