Good communication , able to work as a team and as an individual, work under pressure

am currently working at Unitrans Automotive company in IT Department. my daily job is to answer incoming and outgoing calls, Termination of Internal Process, Toyota, Nissan, VW, BMW & Mercedes & Benz Switchboard Operator Reset Password Unlock Account Scanning & photocopy Respond to Enquiries from Customer Compile reports, figure & generate reports for use by the Heads of Departments Consumable Site checks- checking the availability of toner, imaging unit, Roller kit, PC Kit Sage- assist to log in when applying for leave Welcoming the visitors and take them to the right departments. Provide administrative support to Department The relationship is very good between me and my co-workers I enjoy learning IT stuff its very good opportunity it challenging when you try to assist rude customers

Cons: leaning IT stuff is the best, because am learning new things everyday

Hardworking, loyal and bubbly personality. Who loves a challenge

I love the people. High-pressurized, very demanding and cold industry. Long hours, no overtime. I enjoy working with the different branches and people. I don't enjoy having to do a small part of a big picture. I would like a little bit more exposure.

Great group to belong to lots of growth options

Want to relocate to east London Work is hard to find in jhb, my husband is not working, more opportunities there for working opportunities. Enjoy working with people everyday, love to pamper and make the client feel unique and valued

Needed a job quickly

I needed a job that i could work normal shifts as i had family issues i had to resolve as my previous job was shifts so i took the job not for money but to try and save my family the call center is not that big so people have good relationships and are friendly. I have definitely learned a lot about cars as this is my 1st time in the motor industry . I enjoy not working weekends and that Senior management interact and communicate with all employees

Pros: Not working shifts
Cons: having to work on a routation of 1weekend per month basis not having access to your cell phone during the day and no wife at all
