LEARNING EXPERIENCE

UNITRADE IS OR WAS A GOOD PLACE TO GAIN EXPERIENCE AND LEARN DIFFERENT TYPES OF JOBS BEING MANUFACTURED. EACH DIVISION TEACHES YOU NEW AND EXITING THINGS. I AM GRATEFUL TO BE PART OF UNITRADE BUT MY TIME HAS COME TO MOVE FORWARD AND EXCEL IN MY SAFETY CAREER. I WISH TO GAIN MORE EXPERIENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH , SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT AS I FEEL I WONT GET THE NECESSARY EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE I NEED WITH UNITRADE. THANK YOU.

Good learning curve

It is good company with lots of skills developement but there not much room for growth in company because of the size. I also work with a very good team and our managers are team players they are always willing to be hands on.

Pros: There no room for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

An amazing family orientated company, gain vast knowledge of the industry.

While I loved working for this company,I did find some of the management styles a little restrictive, which goes against the innovation required in marketing. I learnt so much while working there and will be forever grateful. i made new business connections and formed many friendships.
