Good performance.

Co-workers work well without hesitation. I guide and counsel them well and the relationship is very good. I have learned a lot when working with people. You need to endure hardships, afflictions and tribulations. You need to be strong, courageous, kind, generous to people. I enjoy most in working with people who are faithful and trustworthy. The most challenging aspects of the job are sometimes salaries delay to be paid since donors are responsible for that. In addition, bonuses sometimes are not paid at all. I would like to state that currently, I am working in Dar-Es-Salaam but I would like to come there if you would grant me permission. You should send me a working Contract. I am ready to report by this month-end provided you assure me of establishing the company there or you hire me.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Long hours of services.
