Smart, creative, innovative HR Officer
I am an approachable person with a pleasant personality. I also do not let this stand in the way of my work as I am also assertive, objective and understand my HR roles as I sit on the fence between the business need and personnel development I enjoy seeing HR processes and procedures being followed. Staff working in a conducive environment that is developmental to themselves and the business meeting its needs through the sourcing of correct candidates I have learnt to work under extreme pressure and still be able to produce accurate results and high quality work. I enjoy seeing the advice the HR Office give help the company/staff prosper in their needs The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have parties interfering with disciplinary sanctions and to see a decline in morale in the work space

Excellent start up point to gain experience in my field
I learned a lot at the company, how to conduct a series of tests at the same time, multitasking. How to explain the science behind the tests. Not only was I based in the lab but had to go into production and see how the product is produced, do it practically and understand the science behind the whole sorghum beer brewing. Everyday you get samples of beer which need to be tested and the results must come out the same day. The colleagues are good people with team work spirit, if we want something done today we all put in work to get it done. Most interesting part is getting to merge the scientific part of production and the actual product after seeing it and appreciating microorganisms. Challenging part is when there were a lot of orders and you have a lot of samples you need to test, sometimes you get to forget lunchtime and just dwell in the work, the most exciting part.

Hardworking skill

Excellent communicator and planning

Learning Curve
I am currently a Distribution supervisor for UNB, where I ensure delivery to the right customers and depots on time. I supervise a team of 14 employees where I ensure that daily tasks are completed on time. I also do safety training once a week as we work in a plant and safety is of outmost importance. I also assist fleet in my department. I have learnt so much in terms of logistics and supply chain since joining the company. I have a great working relationship with my co workers, we work as a team; where one falls short, w complement. I have also assisted some employees with permanent employment within the company. Challenges include situations where the product does not come out on time, upon which I inform customers and depots on the delays, and where there is a need, we source beer from nearest customers/ depots to assist.
Pros: Room for growth and great opportunity for promotion

Hard working and reliable
I have National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry and presently perusing my BTech project at Vaal University of Technology. I have 7 years experience as laboratory technician, my duties include: analysis of raw materials, finished product and water, physical Quality checks on packaging material, packaging volume checks, monitoring of CIP and hygiene inspection. Great learning program
On a typical work day, each individual gets to choose what they will be testing for the whole week. The testing carries on during brewing and after the product is packed. The relationship is healthy, there is good working environment. I have learnt ISO 17025, testing beer from raw material to the final product and analytically presenting results. I enjoy learning, helping with innovative solutions and resolving problems within brewing. The challenging aspect is wanting to do much while the program is about to end.
Pros: Great platform for graduates.

Good learning
its a very busy day but with co-operating co-workers which builds a good working team, I have learnt time management, working under-pressure with accuracy, team work, ability to work independent. I enjoy being busy and learn new things from my team mates and share ideas with them, the most challenging aspects of the job its when the machinery gives wrong results and you have to repeat over and over again.
