Hard working

My biggest challenge was to work with different senior managers in short period of time with different procedures but I fortunately for me it's easy to adjust to different people ,it was challenging because you don't know what to expect from a new manager and as for staff it was easy because I had to do things according to the company procedures and but I've learnt a lot from this company how to be strong understand different people's attitude and learn from it so that it builds me

Excellent learning curve

I've learnt a lot in a fashion industry because I use to work at the sports shops, easy adjusting to new procedures and management, good communication with my staff and understanding give myself time to know my staff and understand stand their strengths and weakness allow them to explore experience they have and ideas

Pros: Great opportunity
