I learned to be discipline at focus

I worked flagship store bigger and busy store at johannesbug.there was alot of pressure to maintain and make best customer service all time, i had 10 staff working under me and i to make sure they a on time to work all time and excecute they a work

Pros: For given responsibility to train new managers
Cons: I work over time and long hour on Sundays

Merchandise, great customer service ,stock room controler

I'm a fast learner , a positive person ,energetic always understand people ,a great team worker ,time keeping ,proud of doing my job & also willing to learn from people ,I like to ask if I don't understand so that I can do the right thing .. What I enjoy most most is to focus on sale's & make daily &_monthly targets so that we won't trade on minus sales during last year ..

Excellent learning curve

more work less money. other than that I do my job as instructed and I enjoy it. the most challenging thing about this job is having to tell the customers that they cannot exchange any items they wish not to have anymore. however, I end up suggesting things they were not intending to purchase at the end of the day I still maintain bringing business home.

I have learnt discipline is key factor in retail business

I was working for a clothing store as a store manager .my responsibility was to make sure that the store is running smoothly and making money or achieving targets ,protect the asset and stock.I have to manage staff and making sure the store is up to standard.we have to work as a time,helping each other to achieve our goals

Been a manager for eleven

I have eleven experience as a store manager,my job is to run the store or operations of the store every day, the software's that I have knowledge is pos,intergrity,outlook ,skype and more.I have to sure everyone is present for the day,than do morning talk and floor walk,after make sure all the working station are ready for trade.my staff understanding me and direction we a taking to achieve our goals.I have learnt to be a team player,I enjoyed traning staff and achieving store targets
