Great Opportunity
At Unilever we are always on the run and even new recruits must hit the ground running. It is a fast paced environment. A Unilever manager is actually on duty for a minimum of 15 to 18 hours a day. Given that we are a global organization, number of emails to be acted upon are massive and one must allocate time for this. The vertical and horizontal relationship is cordial and we strongly embrace the Code of Business Principles which basically addresses work ethics. The agile working arrangements for managers makes it more convenient for one to accomplish the responsibilities. I have been accorded international exposure which was a great opportunity for my career growth. What I enjoy most is the discipline and team working spirit.
Pros: Flexible working arrangement
Cons: Long working hours
